Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You have requested a return within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Your return request has been approved
  • The item meets our return conditions (see Return Policy)
  • For physical returns, we have received and inspected the item

Types of Refunds

1. Full Refunds

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price for:

  • Faulty or defective items
  • Items not as described
  • Wrong items received
  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Change of mind returns (item must be unused and in original packaging)

2. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned after 30 days but within 60 days (at our discretion)
  • Items returned without all original packaging or accessories
  • Items with minor signs of use but still in resalable condition

3. Refunds Without Return

For faulty items, we may issue a refund without requiring you to return the product. You must provide:

  2. Item Inspection (for physical returns): Within 5 business days of receiving the item

Total time from approval to funds in account: 10-15 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the same card
  • PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunded via the original method

Note: We cannot refund to a different payment method or account for security reasons.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

  • Original Shipping: Free shipping costs are not applicable for refund
  • Return Shipping for Faulty Items: We refund return shipping costs
  • Return Shipping for Change of Mind: Not refunded

Order Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancelled within 24 hours: Full refund including any shipping paid
  • Cancelled after 24 hours but before shipping: Full refund
  • Cancelled after shipping: Treat as a return (shipping costs may not be refunded)

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot provide refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Items that have been modified or repaired by the customer
  • Items returned after 60 days
  • Items without proof of purchase from Lampz.co.uk

If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval:

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Sale items are eligible for the same refund terms as full-priced items.
