1. Definitions
- Return/Withdrawal Period: The period during which a consumer can exercise their right to withdraw from a purchase.
- Consumer: An individual acting outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
- Day: A calendar day.
- Distance Contract: A contract concluded between a trader and a consumer under an organized distance sales or service-provision scheme without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication.

3. Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers and contracts between the Trader and the Consumer.
4. Offers and Pricing
Offers are valid as specified and are subject to product availability. Prices are displayed clearly, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs. The Trader reserves the right to change prices, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
5. Agreement and Confirmation
The agreement is formed upon the Consumer's acceptance of the offer and compliance with the specified conditions. Order confirmation is sent electronically.
6. Right of Withdrawal/Returns
Consumers have 30 days to withdraw from their purchase without providing a reason. The withdrawal period starts the day after the Consumer receives the product. Please see our full return policy here: Return Policy. The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Return Process
Consumers must notify the Trader of their withdrawal within the 30-day period. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
8. Exclusions from Right of Withdrawal
Certain products, such as personalized items, sealed hygiene products, and perishable goods, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
9. Payment

10. Warranty and Compliance
Products conform to the contract and applicable legal requirements. Defective or incorrect products must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

12. Duration and Termination
Contracts for recurring services can be terminated with a notice period of one month.
13. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering the defect. The Trader will respond to complaints within 30 days.
