Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

We currently offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Order Tracking
Every order is shipped with a tracking number. You will receive:

- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched

Order Cancellation and Modification
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request order modifications or cancellations.

- Include your order number and the changes requested
- After 24 hours, orders may already be processed and shipped
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified

- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply

Package Shows Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it:

- Look around your property (porches, garages, behind bins)

- Contact the carrier directly for delivery details
- Request proof of delivery from the carrier
- If still not located, contact us with the proof of non-delivery for assistance
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a refund
- Damaged Packages: Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos to info@lampz.co.uk
Customs and Import Duties
As we only ship within the UK, no customs or import duties apply to our shipments.
