Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, you must request it within 30 days of receiving your order. We accept returns under the following circumstances:
1. Faulty or Defective Items
- If your item is faulty or doesn't work properly
- Take a photo or video showing the issue within 30 days of receipt
- Send the evidence to info@lampz.co.uk with your order number
- Once verified, we'll process your return without requiring you to ship the item back
- You are NOT responsible for return shipping costs for faulty items
2. Items Not As Described
- If the item received doesn't match the product description
- Contact us within 30 days of receipt
- Provide photos showing the discrepancy
- We'll arrange for return or refund based on the situation
3. Change of Mind Returns
- If you no longer want the item or it doesn't meet expectations
- Contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate the return
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- You have an additional 30 days to ship the item back after notifying us
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items that have been modified or repaired by you or a third party
- Items without original packaging (except for faulty items)
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that show signs of use (for non-faulty returns)
Sale Items
Sale items have the same return rights as full-priced items. The 30-day return window and all conditions above apply equally to sale items.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us First: Email info@lampz.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is faulty or not as described)
- Wait for Return Authorization: We'll respond within 48 hours with instructions
- Package the Item: Use original packaging when possible
- Ship the Item: Send to the address provided in our return authorization
- Provide Tracking: Email us the tracking number for your return
Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty/Defective Items: We cover return shipping costs (or no return required)
- Not As Described: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer covers return shipping costs
- Wrong Item Received: We cover return shipping costs
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Return Timeframes
- Request Return: Within 30 days of receiving your order
- Our Response: Within 48 hours of your request
- Ship Item Back: Within 30 days of return authorization
- Inspection Period: 5 business days after we receive your return
Condition of Returned Items
For non-faulty returns, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- With all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Free from damage, marks, or alterations
International Returns
As we only ship within the UK, all returns should be sent from UK addresses. International returns are not accepted.
